Yoghurt Pie

Yoghurt Pie1,5 appel // 175g cherries (and/or other preferred fruit) // 150g glutenfree flour // 1tbsp baking powder // 2 eggs // 35g coconut oil // 125g soy yoghurt // 12 drops of vanilla stevia (and/or up to 4 tbsp honey) // 0,5 tsp cinnamon

Put and mix all dry ingredients. Mix the oil, egg, yoghurt and stevia together. Add all together and bake in the oven for around an hour at 180C. Enjoy!

Healthy Orange Cacao Bar

First mix the dates and orange stevia . Add the rest to it, make bars, put them in the fridge and done! I prefer them with some coconut on top but they work fine without as well. Enjoy!

Coconut – Date Cookies

coconut dates cookies120g glutenfree flour // 150g coconut powder // 1 egg // 75g honey // 50g coconut oil // 1tbsp baking powder // 5 dates

Mix all the dry components together. Melt the coconut oil and honey together. Mix the egg and cut the dates in little pieces (if you like them to be softer, let them soak in water for a night). Mix everything together. Drop on cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls and flatten slightly. Bake at 180C until they are a bit brown on the sides.

Black Bean Chocolate Muffins

black bean choc muffin350g black beans (I cooked them myself but beans from a can should also work fine) // 10 dattes // a handfull of walnuts // 2 tbsp coconut oil // 3-4 tbsp honey // 3 eggs // 20g cocoa // 16g (1 little bag) backing powder

First blend the dattes. Add the walnuts to the dattes mixture and blend it some more. Then add all the other ingredients and blend till you have a solid texture. Add them to your preferred backing forms. Put them in the oven for 30min at 180°C. Let them cool down & enjoy!

Cocos Macaroons

Coconut macaroons ok6 egg whites

1/3 cup agave or 1/2 cup honey

3 cups shredded coconut

1 tsp almond extract

Whisk egg whites until stiff. Fold in the agave, almond extract and coconut. Use 2 tablespoons to press the batter together and then slide it on the parchment paper. Bake for about 15min at 180°C . Enjoy!
